Kit provides our optional email signup and sends our price notes. Kit processes subscriber email addresses and form activity for that service. Provider websites, affiliate networks, analytics services, video embeds, and other form tools may process information under their own policies. Review the provider terms and privacy policy before signing up or sharing health information.
