NovoCare Pharmacy fills Wegovy prescriptions. Your medication price depends on the tablet or pen, the prescribed dose and the payment program. The pharmacy price does not cover the care you arrange with your prescriber.

    Start with the prescription

You need a valid prescription before NovoCare can fill your order. If you already have one, focus on the pharmacy price, payment route and delivery steps. If you still need a prescriber, arrange that care separately.

Keep visit fees, follow-up and any required labs separate from the medication bill when comparing NovoCare with a telehealth program. A lower pharmacy price does not tell you the total cost of care.

How much does Wegovy cost through NovoCare?

These are self-pay medication prices, not insurance copays or a care subscription. The lowest tablet price is tied to a specific dose; the introductory pen price has new-patient and fill limits. Neither applies to every Wegovy prescription.

Pharmacy terms and delivery information checked October 13, 2026. Each price example shows its separate retained price-record date. Confirm the amount due with the pharmacy before paying.

Read the dose-specific price. The lower tablet price applies to 1.5 mg. The 4 mg, 9 mg and 25 mg tablets have their own prices, shown above. Do not interpret the lower price as a discount available at every dose. A monthly tablet fill means one bottle of 30 tablets.

Your prescription determines the dose; this is a cost comparison, not advice to choose or change it. See the current pharmacy terms

Check the introductory offer separately. The current pharmacy terms limit it to qualifying new patients and the first two eligible 28-day fills of 0.25 mg or 0.5 mg. Standard pricing applies afterward or if you do not qualify. A monthly pen fill means one box of four pens; Wegovy HD 7.2 mg has a different standard price.

For this offer, the prescription must be written and received by the pharmacy by December 31, 2026, and shipped by January 31, 2027. The pharmacy terms define a new patient as someone who has never filled a Wegovy injection prescription through Novocare or Novocare Legacy. Confirm eligibility under the current pharmacy terms

Should you use insurance or self-pay?

Check whether your plan covers your prescribed medication and what your cost would be. NovoCare links to a coverage checker, but your insurer and pharmacy must confirm the benefit and actual charge.

Self-pay runs outside insurance. Under the pharmacy cash program, you agree not to submit the purchase for insurance reimbursement. It does not count toward your deductible or out-of-pocket limit, including Medicare Part D spending calculations.

Commercial-insurance savings are a separate program with eligibility rules and a maximum savings limit. Your copay depends on your coverage and benefit limits. Government-program rules differ between commercial-insurance savings and self-pay; check the terms for the route you use.

How NovoCare delivery and pickup work

    1. Send or transfer the prescription. Ask your prescriber to send it to NovoCare Pharmacy with your contact information. If another pharmacy holds it, NovoCare says that pharmacy can call 1-833-949-5527 about a transfer.
    2. Wait for the pharmacy text. After processing, the text explains account setup and online payment. NovoCare says processing can take a few days; it does not promise a delivery date when the prescription is first sent.
    3. Pay, then schedule delivery. NovoCare lists free home delivery after payment is processed, with tracking after shipment. A pharmacy partner may handle the account and shipment.
    4. Prefer local pickup? Call NovoCare about transferring to your local pharmacy. Retail pickup may use a savings offer with different processing rules, so confirm the price with that pharmacy.

A 90-day fill is available when your prescriber orders it and you request it. Confirm the supply, offer eligibility and total charge rather than assuming a monthly price covers a larger order.

    FAQ

    Does NovoCare Pharmacy prescribe Wegovy?

A licensed prescriber must provide the prescription. NovoCare's pharmacy page offers resources for finding a prescriber; pharmacy fulfillment does not replace that visit.

Do I need a savings card for NovoCare home delivery?

NovoCare says you do not need to activate a copay or savings card to receive its pharmacy prices. Retail pickup has separate enrollment and pharmacy-processing steps.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds?

NovoCare lists HSA and FSA cards among its accepted payment methods. Confirm payment arrangements with the pharmacy before placing the order.

Is the lowest advertised price my checkout total?

Confirm your prescribed format, dose, number of fills and program eligibility first. The exact initial charge and billing interval are not confirmed in these price records. Prescribing care remains separate.
